  2. Prepare 3 of Jalapeno pepper or Poblano pepper [ stems and seeds removed].
  3. You need 1 cup of vegetable or chicken broth.
  4. You need 1/2 cup of onions.
  5. It's 1/2 cup of cilantro [ coriander leaves].
  6. It's 1/4 cup of Parsley.
  7. It's 4 of garlic.

  1. Heat olive oil in a wok, add chopped onions and sauté it for a few minutes. Salt it.

The towel will help absorb excess liquid as the rice continues to cook in it's own steam. (If you don't have a clean towel, you can skip this step, just cover normally.) Let it sit for 20 minutes.
