I've been trying out some ideas for the holidays, and I'm on to a winner here. This is acorn squash and apple, sliced up and tossed with a little I love to roast winter veggies this time of year and thought a fun way to serve up these grains would be inside a hollowed roasted acorn squash—we love an edible bowl.
