- You need 1.5 of ld. Pork Tenderloin.
- It's 4 of Garlic Gloves finely chopped.
- Prepare 2 of Garlic Gloves halved.
- Prepare of Freash Rosemary.
- You need of Freash Tarragon (optional).
- You need 1 Teaspoon of Fennel Seeds.
- You need 2 Tbs of Olive Oil.
- You need 4-6 Slices of Bacon.

- Preheat Oven to 220c.
- In a small Bowl - combine Chopped Garlic, Rosemary, Tarragon and Fennel seeds, Salt and 1 Tbsp Olive Oil. Rub all over Tenderloin, cover and put in fridge - good if a few hours..
